The difference is by design
Paragon is a beautiful disruption in the mental health system. We break down barriers and meet people exactly where they are.

An Engine for Impact
Our model is intentionally designed to break down the barriers that prevent true, lasting wellness. Instead of forcing communities to conform to a rigid, centralized system, we built our entire operational structure around a single, core belief: that true care must be as flexible, integrated, and accessible as the people we serve. This foundational approach allows us to deliver a seamless continuum of care that is proactive, scalable, and impossible for traditional providers to replicate.

Breaking Geographic Barriers
We embed staff across 25 counties to remove access limitations and meet communities where they are.

Collaborative Treatment Approach
Our multidisciplinary teams ensure seamless support through shared treatment plans and warm handoffs.

Building a Care Network
We collaborate with local organizations to create a unified, comprehensive approach to community mental health.
The Paragon Story: Our Purpose and Vision
At Paragon, we recognize that the traditional mental health system often leaves individuals feeling lost and unsupported. Our mission is to create a compassionate, accessible alternative that prioritizes community needs and fosters genuine connections.
Meet the Team
The passionate individuals driving our vision forward.

As CEO, Camille Harding leads with a can-do attitude fueled by family, bluegrass, and the superpower to write a grant proposal while reading a children's book.

As Chief Clinical Director, Samantha Archuleta guides her team with kindness and authenticity, fueled by smothered breakfast burritos, a love for her dog Duke, and a secret superpower she's not allowed to reveal.

As Director of Quality and Outcomes, Andrew Gabor applies the perseverance and camaraderie learned from backpacking and hosting an 80-episode Dungeons & Dragons podcast to his 20-year mission of improving mental health in Colorado.

As the Chief People Officer and a Duran Duran fan from Mexico City, Erika Ojeda-Louvier supports the team with nuggets of wisdom so insightful they give fortune cookies a run for their money.

When she isn't recharging in the sun or walking her dogs, Chief Financial Officer Kylie Dole uses her whip-smart superpower to save programs from overspending and sneak in extra funds for staff celebrations.

As Director of Child and Family Programs, Shirley Vortherms uses her superpower of empathy to provide support that is as warm and comforting as a good apple pie.

As the Community Outreach and Engagement Director, Matthew Marchand connects with people across Colorado with an adventurous spirit, a love for Texas BBQ, and an approach to life that can be summed up in two words: Grateful (Dead).

As the Director of Community Based Clinical Programming, Lisa Traudt draws on deep wells of faith and the family-building spirit she is most proud of to lead with the courageous belief that there is always a way forward.
